Pentair Warranty & Return Disclaimer

Pools & Surfaces is an independent authorized reseller of Pentair products. We are not the manufacturer.

All Pentair products sold through our website are covered exclusively by Pentair’s Limited Manufacturer Warranty and are subject to Pentair’s warranty terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and coverage limitations.

Any warranty claim, product defect evaluation, repair authorization, replacement approval, or warranty determination is made solely by Pentair. Customers requiring warranty assistance must contact Pentair directly through Pentair’s official customer support channels.

Pools & Surfaces does not administer, approve, deny, or extend manufacturer warranties and cannot authorize warranty replacements or repairs on behalf of Pentair.

Upon request, we will gladly provide a copy of your purchase invoice and reasonable assistance in directing you to the appropriate Pentair warranty department. However, all warranty decisions are made exclusively by Pentair.

Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the original purchase date and only for unopened, unused products returned in their original packaging and condition. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt and approval by Pools & Surfaces.

Products that have been opened, installed, used, modified, damaged, or are not returned in resalable condition are not eligible for return.

Manufacturer warranty claims do not constitute grounds for returning a product to Pools & Surfaces. Warranty claims are handled directly by Pentair in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy and are separate from our return policy.
