For returns, please send an email to customer service to: email@example.com. We’ll email you instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items sent back to us without a return authorization or with one that is older than 30 days will not be accepted.
INSPECTION OF TILES
You must inspect the goods upon receipt, so we all have the correct time to correct any issues. Claims of defective or broken material should be reported immediately to us.
We do not accept claims for dislike of tiles, labor caused by the installation of defective or wrong tiles. You must inspect your tiles before the installation. INSTALLATION constitutes acceptance.
SHIPPING OF RETURNED ITEMS
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges to our warehouse.
A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items. (Only on items that qualify for return, NO RETURNS ON CLOSEOUTS.
Once we receive the goods back, we will inspect and issue a credit back to the original form of purchase, this could take up to 10 working days.
DYE LOTS, COLOR VARIATIONS
All tiles are subjected to color, size and dye variations, pictures shown on our website may vary in color depending on the computer monitor settings, picture on phone settings, etc.
Please ask for a sample if you are not sure about the item you want to order.
We will not be responsible for any color variation for any add on orders to an existing one, tiles are subjected to change in lot numbers.
