The BADU® Jet Turbo Pro 1500 GPM SwimJet System is a high-value, special-order product. Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. By completing this purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

Pools & Surfaces acts solely as an independent distributor of this product and is not the manufacturer, installer, electrician, plumber, engineer, or service provider. Any manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, is provided exclusively by SPECK Pumps and is subject to SPECK’s current warranty terms, exclusions, registration requirements, claim procedures, and final approval. All warranty claims and requests for technical or warranty service must be submitted directly to SPECK Pumps. Pools & Surfaces does not independently provide, extend, or modify the manufacturer’s warranty.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION REQUIRED

The purchaser is solely responsible for registering the product directly with SPECK Pumps within the timeframe required by the manufacturer. Product registration may be required to activate or extend warranty coverage. Failure to register the product, retain proof of purchase, use a qualified installer, or comply with SPECK’s installation and operating instructions may reduce or void the available warranty.

Pools & Surfaces does not complete warranty registration on behalf of the purchaser and cannot guarantee warranty eligibility or claim approval. All warranty coverage, registration requirements, exclusions, and claims are determined exclusively by SPECK Pumps under its current warranty policy.

PRODUCT SELECTION AND INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is solely responsible for confirming product selection, specifications, dimensions, electrical requirements, hydraulic requirements, site compatibility, and compliance with all applicable building, electrical, plumbing, pool, and safety codes before placing the order.

Installation, wiring, plumbing, startup, inspection, service, and repair must be performed by properly licensed and qualified professionals in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable codes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pools & Surfaces is not responsible for installation, improper connection, incorrect voltage, incompatible plumbing or equipment, unauthorized modifications, misuse, improper operation, inadequate maintenance, site conditions, code violations, property damage, equipment damage, personal injury, labor charges, removal or reinstallation costs, loss of use, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation, connection, operation, service, or use of this product, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
